Yes, you can do it through "your customer account", heading to "My orders" where you can see the status of your order.
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order will leave the warehouse), then you will have a link in your account to track the shipment. And finally, the carrier will contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order. If for any reason the order cannot be delivered after two unsuccessful attempts by the agency, it will be returned to our central warehouse.
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), and we will call you from the store when your order is ready to be picked up. If after 15 days you have not withdrawn your order, the merchandise will be returned to our central warehouse.
To return an item you must go to one of our physical INSIDE stores. To proceed with the return, the garments must be in perfect condition and present their corresponding ticket (or order form). Articles of underwear, masks, costume jewelery or cosmetic / perfumery items that have been unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case of an online purchase return, you can do it either in a physical store or you can request the collection of your package in store (this option is only valid for online orders made with home delivery, and does not allow changes in size, color model ... return only).
If you select this option, the package collection period from the moment the return process is requested is 24-48 hours (it may be delayed in exceptional cases due to external causes). To request this return method, you must contact our Customer Service, either by phone 900 10 32 57 or by email [email protected], in which you must attach the order number, your name, address and time availability for collection (as long as possible). Once this procedure is completed, we will arrange a collection at your home with our carrier.
The delivery person will pick up the package at the requested time slot or at the estimated collection time depending on the location. Once we receive it at our facilities and check that everything is correct, we will proceed to authorize the bank to pay the amount corresponding to the refund amount, and it will be made to the account where the bank card with which you paid is associated.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, changes or returns of articles of underwear, masks, costume jewelery or cosmetic / perfumery articles that have been opened or manipulated are not allowed.
The term for any return is 30 calendar days from the date the purchase was made or the order was received, in the case of an online purchase.
Returns on INSIDE are FREE, as long as you choose one of the return methods that we offer.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. In the case of return of an online purchase, the process is carried out in the same way that the purchase was formalized. If it was made with a card, the money will be returned to the card associated with the purchase, and if the payment was made with PayPal, the money will be refunded to that same PayPal account.
After approving the return (and checking that the items paid are in perfect condition and have the corresponding labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the payment of the amount on a credit card will always depend on your bank.

INSIDE reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
The garments purchased in INSIDE SHOPS can be exchanged for another size or color in any of our INSIDE stores, as long as they are in perfect condition and we have the necessary stock in store.
If you have made an online purchase and want to change an item from your home, you must request a return and make a new purchase online or in store for the item, size or color you wish to purchase.
The exchange period is 30 calendar days from the date you buy or receive the product.
